CHEF DAN SANTOS has 25 years of experience in the kitchen, including Executive Chef positions at The Flying J, Compass Group, the Surgical Specialty Hospital of Arizona and Freschef, which furthered his knowledge and interest in personal health as it relates to food, nutrition and diet. He also trained at SWIHA’s Herbalism program. He has been Executive Chef at Nourish since its inception in 2010.
KIRSTIN CAREY is the founder and owner of Nourish. She is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist who works diligently to help people find which foods work best for their bodies, their goals and their lives.
After learning that she had food allergies and Celiac Disease, she learned everything she could about true wellness through food, closed her successful consulting company, and opened Nourish, a gluten free, soy free restaurant that focuses on delicious dishes to help people optimize their mind, body and soul.
